ONCE UPON A STUD

It all started a few years ago, with the release of the fantastic ALEXANDER WANG COCO DUFFLE , who consecrated the studs as a fashion accessory not only for the rock and punk looks , but also to add a sparkling touch to very bon ton outfits.
Obviously it was a boom of purchases among the stars, and Mary Kate Olsen certainly couldn't miss it!

But back to today ... this fall/winter can be defined as a studs' riot: bags, shoes, belts, necklaces, but also skirts, pants, jackets and dresses.
is it a little exaggerated?
I'm not a lover of the studs, even though I recognize that some pieces mixed well certainly give an aggressive and provocative touch to many looks at otherwise sober.
